Seller Levels
Great customer satisfaction, on-time delivery and high quality service will earn you a new AmPortugal status and benefits. We evaluate your performance every month, and determine your level accordingly. Want to know how you’re doing? View your progress, over at your analytics page.
Level: Standard
Once you join AmPortugal and create a Product, you are automatically labeled as a LEVEL: STANDARD. In order to start climbing up the level system, we encourage you to work hard and play fair.

Earning clearance: 15 days
Level: Silver
There are a few requirements you’ll need to meet in order to reach Level Silver status. This is an automatic process - we look back at your performance for the past 50 days, and if you meet the standards, you’ll be ranked as a Level Silver Seller.
Requirements
Earn at least € 50000
Maintain a 4.5 star rating
Complete at least 10 individual orders (all time)
90% Response rate over the course of 60 days
90% Response rate over the course of 60 days
90% On-time Delivery over the course of 60 days
Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days
Complete at least 60 days as an active Seller on AmPortugal

Earning clearance: 10 days
Level: Golden
It’s time to step up your game. Level Golden status isn’t easy to achieve, but it’s worth it. This is an automatic process - we look back at your performance for the past 100 days, and if you meet the standards, you’ll be ranked as a Level Golden Seller.
Requirements
Complete at least 120 days as an active Seller on AmPortugal
Complete at least 50 individual orders (all time)
Earn at least € 300000
Maintain a 4.5 star rating
90% Response rate over the course of 60 days
90% Order completion over the course of 60 days
90% On-time Delivery over the course of 60 days
Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days

Level: Business
This elite group of Sellers enjoy a growing number of exclusive benefits, as they continue on providing Buyers with an overall excellent experience. Please note that this is a manual process - once you meet the following requirements, we will look back on your performance. Once our team confirms your eligibility, you’ll be ranked as a Business Seller.
Requirements
Complete at least 240 days as an active Seller on AmPortugal
Complete at least 100 individual orders (all time)
Earn at least € 3000000
Maintain a 4.5 star rating
90% Response rate over the course of 60 days
90% Order completion over the course of 60 days
90% On-time Delivery over the course of 60 days
Required Company Registration certificate or NTN
Name Verification Required ID card or Passport

Definitions
Custom Offer
An exclusive proposal that a Seller can create in response to specific requirements from a Buyer.
Add-ons
Add-ons are Additional services offered on top of the Seller's Product, for an additional price defined by the Seller.
Priority/VIP support
VIP Customer Support tickets are handled first, to enable a faster response.
Earning Clearance
The date in which your earning are cleared and released to your account.
Days Without Warnings
A warning is received when violating AmPortugal Terms of Service.
